How do I choose the items I want? How will you know what I'm pledging for?
Great question! For our project, the reward levels are set up as production and fulfillment waves, and you can pledge for any combination of items at any reward level. After the campaign concludes, a survey will be sent out which allows you to specify exactly what you pledged for.

Are you using any kind of pledge manager after the campaign?
Yes! We will be using BackerKit to manage the data in the campaign. In addition to helping us with fulfillment, BackerKit will allow you to select your items, calculate your shipping for you, and even allow you to add additional funds to your pledge after the campaign. More information will be shared in project updates.

Why aren't shipping charges included in the reward cost, or in the pledge calculator?
Since every pledge can be for any combination of the many items available in this campaign, shipping will need to be calculated for each order, and isn’t going to be a “one size fits all” flat rate. We’ve provided shipping estimates on the page that give you an idea of what to expect, but final shipping charges will be calculated and assessed in BackerKit, after the campaign concludes.

Will I be responsible for customs or VAT charges?
Backers outside of the United States may incur additional fees or taxes when receiving your pledge rewards. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the laws and regulations of your region so you know what to expect, as these charges are not something we can control or be fully aware of, as the shipper. We appreciate your understanding!

I have a WyrmwoodGaming.com Gyft Certificate. Can I use it in this Kickstarter?
Yes! However, there’s a slight catch. You can definitely have the balance of that Gyft Certificate applied to your pledge, but we can only do it in BackerKit, after the campaign. It won’t work here on Kickstarter. We recommend you calculate your pledge like normal using our pledge calculator, then subtract the amount of your Gyft Certificate, and pledge that amount.
Once BackerKit has opened up, simply message us with the code and let us know you wish to apply it to your order, and we’ll handle the rest!

No. All rewards will ship together, from Wyrmwood’s campus in Massachusetts.

Can I get X set of dice inked/uninked? Are the colors on the dice final?
The color schemes shown are unlikely to change, and alternative configurations will not be available in the campaign. This project has a high degree of complexity and many options, and allowing customization of this nature would make production and fulfillment much more difficult.
Design is always a matter of taste, and individual preferences will vary, but these are the dice that aligned with our unique vision for the project. We hope you enjoy them!

Why are some of the Dispel Dice inked in multiple colors? Can this be changed?
Some Dispel Dice colorways in this project feature high numbers on each die inked in a different color. This was for additional impact when rolling high, to make an exciting moment in-game even better.
As with the other inking and color choices in this campaign, these are a deliberate aspect of each colorway, and not subject to alteration or customization for the same reasons mentioned above.

How does the bonus d20 work?
The Dispel bonus d20 (Polar Disturbance) will be included with any pledge containing 3 or more sets of 7 dice (or equivalent value). The bonus d20 is limited to one per order, as a commemorative item, and will not be available for purchase.

Are Dispel Dice standard size? What about the Wyrmwood gemstone and glass dice?
Wyrmwood gemstone and glass dice in this campaign are “standard” size, approximately 16mm scale. This size is the one most familiar to gamers everywhere. Dispel Dice are slightly larger than standard, which not only gives them a more substantial feel, but better showcases the intricate details and inclusions present within them.

Do the dice in this campaign feature logos or icons in place of the numbers?
Wyrmwood dice (gemstone and glass) feature the Wyrmwood logo on the d6, in place of the “6”. Dispel dice feature numbers on all faces, and will not include any logos or icons.

I saw the stretch goal of "high variance d20s" was reached - what is that?
“High Variance” is an alternative number mapping we created, to exaggerate “extreme” results when rolling. On a high variance (or “HV”) die, some numbers on a d20 are repeated, and others aren’t there at all. However, the AVERAGE roll value remains the same. In other words, you basically have the same chance of success or failure as with a normal d20, but you have much higher chances of a huge win… or a disastrous fail.
This mapping is totally OPTIONAL, and will be available in the pledge manager to order by request on ALL materials and colorways available in the campaign. Will High Variance d20s from Dispel Dice have the 20s inked in a different color?
No. High variance d20 dice will be inked the same color on all faces, regardless of material or colorway chosen.

The Guinness World Record stretch goal has been unlocked. Am I going to get a GWR die?
Everyone who backs the campaign at any level for a physical reward will receive a GWR die with their order. To be clear, as long as you don’t select “no reward” when pledging, you will receive one Guinness World Record die (maximum one per backer).
Note that this reward is strictly limited to BACKERS of the project - pre-orders placed after this Kickstarter campaign closes will NOT be eligible to receive the GWR die.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
